Berth 102 is the newest cruise terminal in Southampton, and built as a joint venture between MSC Cruises and Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings. Which means that it also accommodates luxury cruise lines Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Oceania Cruises
Access to the terminal is via Dock Gate 10.
Both Southampton Railway Station & coach station are just over 1 mile from the terminal building. Whilst it is easily walkable, it’s very busy around the docks, so we would recommend catching a taxi.
There is a dedicated taxi rank outside the Arrivals Hall. A short stay car park is available adjacent to the Terminal.
Southampton Airport is 5 miles away. You can get into Southampton from the airport either by taxi, or on the train.
Driving there yourself? You’ll arrive in Southampton via the M3 and M27, and there are clear signposts to the Docks.
A short stay car park is available adjacent to the City cruise terminal, which is pay and display. For long stay parking you’ll need to book through ABParking – and the car park for this is adjacent to the terminal building.

Dock Gate 4 is about 1 mile from the Terminal. Southampton Railway and Coach Stations are 1 mile from Dock Gate 4.

There is a dedicated taxi rank outside the Arrivals Hall. A fully licensed bar and café is available in the Departure Lounge, after check-in. Visitors' refreshment facilities are limited. The viewing gallery is not open to visitors.

Ocean Terminal is about 400 yards from Dock Gate 4. Southampton Railway and Coach Stations are about 1 mile from Dock Gate 4.
A short stay car park is available for drop off and pick up of passengers.
There is a dedicated taxi rank. A fully licensed bar and café is available in the Departure Lounge. Vending machines are also available.
Dock Gate 10, Berth 101 - City Cruise Terminal - SO15 1BS

Dock Gate 10 is about 500 yards away from the Terminal. Southampton Central Railway and Coach Stations are about 1 mile from Dock Gate 10.
A short stay car park is available adjacent to the Terminal.
There is a dedicated taxi rank outside the Arrivals Hall. A fully licensed bar and café is available in the Departure Lounge, after check-in. There are vending machines in the Arrival Lounge for visitors. Mayflower Park is a good vantage point from which to watch the ship sail.

Dock Gate 10 is less than a mile from the actual Terminal. Southampton Railway and Coach Stations are about half a mile from Dock Gate 10.

We will drop you off outside your scheduled Terminal with your luggage.
Passenger Collection at Southampton Docks:
The day before you’re due to disembark the ship, you’ll be given a disembarkation time. Once you’ve received this, you’ll need to let us know the day before what disembarkation time you have. We can only pick you up once you’ve disembarked the ship, so call us once you’re off the ship and cleared customs and then we’ll be allowed into the Terminal pickup point for a limited period of time to collect you. Don’t call us beforehand. Security is strict on how long we can remain in the Terminal pickup point to collect you.
