We cater for everyone from business travellers to holidaymakers whether you're flying or catching a cruise ship, making sure your transfer runs smoothly and most importantly on time.
We will monitor your flight arrival for a confirmed landing time.
If your flight is either early, or delayed we will meet you at the new confirmed time, thus waiving any waiting time charges.
If your flight is cancelled in advance, we will wait for further instructions from you. (i.e. new flight number / time).
We can meet you in the arrivals hall, usually 25-30 minutes after the flight has been confirmed to land (unless otherwise agreed).
We will send you a confirmation text message (for those who have mobile phones) on flight arrivals, to let you know we are waiting ( for peace of mind ).
We will use a greeting board to display a name of your choice.
All vehicles are routinely checked, maintained and kept in clean condition and our drivers are polite, reliable, Disclosure and Barring Services (DBS - formerly CRB) checked and registered with Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council.
We have a great deal of local knowledge so if you need any advice or information on the local area, please do not hesitate to ask your driver.
We also cater for all major social, sporting and corporate events providing transportation for up to 16 passengers. We cover such events as Royal Ascot, The Epsom Derby, Twickenham, Wembley, The Henley Regatta, West End Theatre trips, Concerts, etc.
